Zeenat Halal Food @ Save One Food Court

Zeenat Halal Food opened in the food court at Save One in 2014. It is run by a Pakistani man who makes halal foods like khao mok gai and chicken curry served with naan bread. The prices are very reasonable, and you can order a chicken curry with a naan for just 60 Baht. It is a tasty dish with lots of flavour and a saucy texture giving you plenty to mop up with your bread.

He's near the front left corner of the main food court very close to the Pizza Shop (he's directly opposite where you would buy water if you go in the front entrance, turn left and walk down a little).

Save One food court is open from about 4:00pm until about 9:00pm and is a great place to walk around and window food shop. I like to order a few different bits and bobs and then take them to the table and do a pic'n'mix style fest, but this curry is so different to many Thai dishes it deserves it's own place on the table. Definitely worth a try, and worth our support.

For those not clued up on halal food: In Arabic, the word 'halal' means permitted or lawful. Halal foods are foods that are allowed under Islamic dietary guidelines.

Address: Save One Food Court, Save One Market, Korat.
