Have a Foot Massage @ Nail Relax & Spa

I try to have a massage at least once a week so I can get some down time and take advantage of what in the UK would cost me an arm and a leg. There are all sorts of massages, but I really like a foot massage in the afternoon when it's too hot to be outside. Nail Spa & Salon have done a great job decorating and doing the place up and have very friendly staff. They are on the same road as Klang Plaza 2 next to a model toy shop near the big green leaf petrol station junction.

On arrival, the lady will offer you a glass of orange juice or a water and then you can make your way upstairs into the air con foot massage room. It is lush. Three comfy electric leather La-Z-Boys and a massive 50 odd inch flat screen t.v. with a USB connection so you can take your own movies down and plug them in whilst getting your feet rubbed. I have been working through anything that is an hour long (Band of Brothers, Game of Thrones or Derren Brown) and if it shoots over, they are more than happy for you to stick around and watch the end.

The ladies who work there are all very good at what they do. Strong women who give you a real massage and don't break into a half hour conversation on the phone or try talking to you the whole time you are trying to relax.

Afterwards, you are treated to a couple of biscuits and a glass of tea, all for 300 Baht (most massages will set you back 200-300, and I think this place is worth the premium).

You can also try the oil massage for 500 Baht (very nice spa room and they even have goat milk soap to keep your skin all goaty), or a manicure and pedicure in the Buck Rogers style space seats downstairs.

Foot Massage: 300 Baht
