Dominic Adiyiah Interview

Swat Cats newest striker, Dominic 'Adido' Adiyiah, was interviewed by the club's tv station to see how how he is fitting in in Thailand and in the Thai Premier League. He has a very interesting past, having played in the World Cup in 2010 for Ghana, and also having played with the likes of Pirlo and Kaka at AC Milan - though he claims the best player he has played with is Ronaldinho.

Here is a little fact for you: When Ghana played Uruguay in the 2010 World Cup in South Africa, a certain Luis Suarez handled a goal bound effort on the line in the last minute. The origin of that shot was Swat Cats very own Adido. Suarez was sent off, but the resulting penalty, taken by Asamoah Gyan, was saved and the game went to a penalty shootout.

Adiyiah took the 4th penalty which was saved and Ghana went out after Sebastián Abreus winning penalty claimed victory for Uruguay.

Adiyiah looks good on the pitch and we at What's On Korat wish him and the team all the best this season in the Premier League. There are no Luis Suarez's to cheat you this time Dominic!

Here is the interview, with a cheeky message in Thai from Lee Tuck at the end:
