Sushi @ Kokoro

Sushi isn't to everyone's taste, with many people finding the idea of eating raw fish a little bizarre, but since Japanese food is constantly voted the most healthy cuisine in the world then maybe now is the time to overcome your perceptions and try some.

Sushi is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice combined with other ingredients, normally fish/seafood and vegetables. Ingredients and forms of sushi presentation vary widely, but the ingredient which all sushi have in common is rice.

It can be prepared with either brown or white rice, and is often prepared with raw seafood, but some common varieties of sushi use cooked ingredients.

My friends and I choose a selection of Sushi from one of Nakhon Ratchasima's finest Japanese restaurant's Tomodachi. This included Salmon Cream-cheese Maki, Salmon Spicy Maki, Salmon Terimaki, California Maki, and Bacon Cream Koroke.

All the food is freshly prepared after the friendly staff have taken your order so get yourself a cool drink and prepare for the wait, I promise it will be worth it.

It's rare that there isn't a single bad or even average dish when you order five but there wasn't. Every dish was delicious, and the addition of quality wasabi and soy sauce which is mixed together to make a dipping sauce tickled the taste buds even more. Every one of the selection of Sushi was superb with it's own distinctive taste. So check out Kokoro and start eating some delicious, healthy Japanese food. TS.
