Get your bike washed @ The Mall

The bike car park at the Mall has a mechanic/bike wash near the exit. It's a very convenient way to get your bike washed, because you can leave your bike with them and go and do your shopping, then come back and drive off on a shiny new looking set of wheels.

I use them about once a month, when my bike starts to look like it's covered in powdered sugar (or if I have had the misfortune of having to leave my bike at the car park in the New Bus Station, and it has changed colour from black to white). They don't take a key off you, they just ask you to open the seat so they can clean the bits inside. They also ask how long you are going to be so if you are in a hurry, they can be done in 20 minutes or so, but if you are going to do some bits and bobs to do, they can take up to 40 minutes or an hour.

I usually ask them to give the oil a check too, and if it needs changing, they will change it for 120 Baht (I think). They will often tell me that the oil is fine.

They can also do repairs, and replace parts if you have had any scrapes. I asked them to change the clear screen over he speedometer and they ordered one in for me specially.

You can get your bike washed cheaper, but for the pure convenience and the fact they do such a good job, I do mine here. They manage to make my four year old Mio look like new every time!

Open: 6:30am - 7:30pm            Price for a bike wash: 100 Baht

Directions: At the exit of the motorbike car park underground at the Mall.
